Instructions

  1. Start boiling a large pot of salted water and cook pasta until al dente.

  2. While pasta cooks, heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat, then add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  3. Incorporate shrimp, parsley, lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon salt, cooking for about 3 minutes until shrimp are pink.

  4. Drain pasta, then combine it with the shrimp mixture, Parmesan cheese, and pepper; serve at once.
