Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan; add chopped onions and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes until softened.

  2. Combine minced garlic, paprika, hot chopped pepper, saffron, and salt in a small bowl.

  3. Stir the spice mixture into the onions and cook for 2 minutes, then add wine and cook for another 2 minutes until it slightly reduces.

  4. Place shrimp in the pan, cover, and cook for about 5 minutes until they turn pink.

  5. Stir in parsley and lemon juice, then serve immediately.
