Shrimp Fried Rice

Instructions

  1. Chop shrimp into 3-4 pieces, add marinade ingredients, and marinate for 15 minutes.

  2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok over medium heat.

  3. Scramble half the beaten egg until cooked, then remove and wipe the wok clean.

  4. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in the wok over medium-high heat.

  5. Stir-fry onion, peas, and marinated shrimp for 2-3 minutes, then remove.

  6. Add 1 tablespoon oil to the wok, reduce heat to medium, and stir-fry rice with soy sauce and oyster sauce.

  7. Return shrimp, peas, onion, and egg to the wok; combine thoroughly.

  8. Serve garnished with green onions.
