Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Brown sausage in a large pot, then remove it, leaving the rendered fat.

  3. Sauté onions and garlic in the pot with added butter until soft, then mix in poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  4. Combine the cooked sausage, sautéed vegetables, chicken stock, egg, parsley, and bread cubes; stir to moisten and set aside for stuffing.

  5. Mix softened butter with remaining ingredients; apply this seasoned butter under and over the turkey skin.

  6. Line a baking sheet; place stuffing on half, making a well for the turkey breast, then position the turkey.

  7. Hasselback sweet potatoes by making thin, partial cuts; arrange them on the baking sheet and brush with melted butter and brown sugar.

  8. Bake the sheet pan for 40 minutes.

  9. While baking, toss green beans with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  10. Add green beans and crescent rolls to the baking sheet, then top the sweet potatoes with marshmallows.

  11. Continue baking for an additional 20 minutes, covering the turkey and stuffing with foil if they brown too quickly.

  12. Remove from oven, cool for 5-10 minutes, then carve and serve.
