Shamrock Pretzels

Instructions

  1. Melt green candy coating in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

  2. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

  3. Dip one pretzel in the melted coating, allow excess to drip, and place it on a lined baking sheet.

  4. Arrange two more coated pretzels on the sheet to form a shamrock shape, placing the third pretzel at the top.

  5. Dip a small pretzel stem piece in coating and attach it to the bottom of the shamrock.

  6. Add a small dollop of coating to the center of the shamrock for a smooth finish.

  7. Repeat these steps to create 24 shamrock pretzels.

  8. Refrigerate the shamrocks for about 15 minutes until set.

  9. Once set, trim any excess coating from the edges with a paring knife.
