Sesame Chicken Wings Recipe

Flavorful Asian-style baked sesame chicken wings are marinated and then cooked until tender.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  2. Pat chicken wings dry and cut into drumettes and flats.

  3. Combine soy sauce, water, sugar, sesame oil, green onions, garlic, sesame seeds, and optional peppers in a bag with chicken wings; coat well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.

  4. Place the marinated wings on a rack in a baking dish, discarding the marinade.

  5. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, then turn and bake for 25 minutes more, or until tender.
