Scrambled Egg + Tomato Grilled Cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat a medium skillet over medium heat.

  2. Layer half the cheese on one bread slice, followed by blotted and salted tomato, scrambled eggs, and chives.

  3. Top with the remaining cheese and the second bread slice, then butter both sides of the sandwich.

  4. Place the buttered sandwich in the heated skillet and cook until one side is golden brown and the cheese begins to melt.

  5. Flip the sandwich and cook the second side until equally toasted and the cheese is fully melted.

  6. Remove from heat, let rest for one minute, then cut in half and serve with hot sauce.
