Scottish Tattie Scones

Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C).

Combine mashed potatoes with all remaining ingredients in a large bowl to form a sticky dough.

Roll the dough on a floured surface to 1/2-inch thickness.

Cut into saucer-sized rounds and score a cross into each to mark four equal wedges.

Grease a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown and risen, or cook on a greased griddle for 5 minutes per side until golden.

Serve warm with butter.
