Instructions

  1. Combine ice, pineapple, and mango in a blender; pulse to chop.

  2. Add rum, brandy, orgeat syrup, orange juice, and lemon juice; blend until smooth.

  3. Pour the blended mixture into a scorpion bowl over large ice pieces.

  4. Fill the central reservoir with 151-proof rum, garnish with fruit, and carefully light the rum on fire.

  5. Extinguish the flame, add four long straws, and serve immediately.
