A festive tiki punch, this scorpion bowl combines rum, brandy, and tropical fruits around a flaming central well for a fun, easy-to-make beverage.

Instructions

Combine ice, pineapple, and mango in a blender; pulse to chop.

Add rum, brandy, orgeat syrup, orange juice, and lemon juice; blend until smooth.

Pour the blended mixture into a scorpion bowl over large ice pieces.

Fill the central reservoir with 151-proof rum, garnish with fruit, and carefully light the rum on fire.
