Savory Southern-Style Cheeseburger Pie

Preheat the oven to 375 F.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat; brown ground beef and chopped onion until meat is no longer pink and onion is translucent, then drain fat.

Remove from heat, then stir in garlic, seasoning blend, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs; set aside to cool slightly.

In a bowl, whisk eggs with mustard, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce, then stir in dill pickle slices if using.

Combine the egg mixture with the cooled ground beef mixture, then stir in 1/2 cup of cheese.

Press the mixture into the pie shell and bake for 30 minutes.

If using, top with sliced tomatoes and bacon, then add the remaining shredded cheese.
