Savory Sauteed Mushrooms

Instructions

Wash mushrooms, trim stems, and slice thinly.

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add sliced mushrooms and herbs, then sauté for 6 to 8 minutes until tender and most liquid evaporates.

Stir in green onions, wine or chicken broth, and pepper. Cook for 5 more minutes until very little liquid remains.

Season with salt to taste and serve.
