Trim and discard the stem end and any damaged outer leaves from the radicchio.

Quarter the radicchio, remove the core, and then cut the quarters into bite-sized pieces.

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add the prepared radicchio and salt, stirring to coat the leaves with oil.

Cook, stirring frequently, for approximately 8 minutes, until the radicchio is tender and lightly browned.
