Sausage Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sliders

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  2. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

  3. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour in the egg mixture.

  4. Flatten breakfast sausage into an even layer in a separate 9x13 inch baking dish.

  5. Bake both dishes for 15-20 minutes, until cooked (sausage reaches 165 F).

  6. Slice slider rolls horizontally, keeping them connected, to separate tops and bottoms.

  7. Layer cooked sausage, then cooked egg, and cheese slices onto the bottom half of the rolls.

  8. Replace roll tops and bake for 5 minutes, until cheese melts.

  9. Remove from oven and cut into individual sliders.
