Sausage and Noodle Casserole

Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a 2-quart baking dish.

Cook and drain noodles according to package directions.

Brown sausage with chopped onion and green bell pepper in a skillet, then drain excess drippings.

Combine the cooked sausage mixture, cream of chicken soup, water, and drained noodles in a large bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
