Instructions

  1. Soak almond and pistachio slivers with saffron in warm milk; set aside for topping, draining before use if needed.

  2. Combine paneer and milk powder in a pan; cook on medium heat, stirring continuously for 3 to 4 minutes.

  3. Cool the paneer mixture.

  4. Mix in sugar, pistachio extract, and cardamom powder until a smooth dough forms.

  5. Lightly grease molds with ghee.

  6. Place some soaked nut and saffron topping in each mold, then press the paneer mixture over it to shape.

  7. Chill for a few hours, then carefully unmold and serve.
