Soak almond and pistachio slivers with saffron in warm milk; set aside for topping, draining before use if needed.

Combine paneer and milk powder in a pan; cook on medium heat, stirring continuously for 3 to 4 minutes.

Cool the paneer mixture.

Mix in sugar, pistachio extract, and cardamom powder until a smooth dough forms.

Lightly grease molds with ghee.

Place some soaked nut and saffron topping in each mold, then press the paneer mixture over it to shape.

Chill for a few hours, then carefully unmold and serve.
