Salted Caramel Martini
A sweet-salty caramel martini is easily prepared using vanilla vodka and a distinct salted caramel rim.

Instructions

Freeze cocktail glasses for 10 minutes.

Rim glasses by rolling them in caramel syrup, then in kosher or sea salt; if desired, drizzle caramel syrup inside the glass and refreeze immediately.

In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine 1 1/2 ounces vanilla vodka, 2 ounces Irish cream liqueur, and 1 ounce caramel syrup; shake thoroughly.

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.

Garnish with caramel candy.
