Instructions

  1. Freeze the salmon fillet for approximately 20 minutes to achieve firmness without solid freezing.

  2. Slice the salmon lengthwise into 1/8-inch planks, then cut these into strips, and finally dice into 1/8-inch cubes.

  3. Combine the diced salmon with lime juice in a small bowl.

  4. In a larger bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, sesame oil, and lime zest, then add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

  5. Gently add the lime-tossed salmon to the large bowl, coat thoroughly, season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately with crispy bread or plantain chips.
