Instructions

  1. Start boiling a large pot of water for pasta.

  2. Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp, then drain, crumble, and set aside.

  3. In a small bowl, combine egg yolks, cream, salt, and pepper.

  4. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well.

  5. In the large skillet, gently heat olive oil with salmon, peas, and the cooked bacon.

  6. Add the hot, drained pasta to the skillet, pour the egg mixture over it, and turn the heat to medium.

  7. Using tongs, combine the pasta, egg mixture, salmon, peas, and bacon until a creamy sauce forms.
