Salmon Pasta Salad Recipe

A quick and easy cold salmon pasta salad, perfect for summer, featuring a delicious honey mustard dressing.

Instructions

  1. Start boiling salted water.

  2. Cook pasta as directed. Drain pasta and peas together in a colander, rinsing to thaw the peas and remove excess water.

  3. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, honey mustard, lemon juice, chives, paprika, salt, and pepper; mix well and adjust taste.

  4. In a serving bowl, combine pasta, peas, salmon, bell peppers, and havarti cheese. Add the dressing.

  5. Toss to combine. Chill for 1-2 hours.

  6. Serve.
