Salmon Noodle Casserole

A simple salmon casserole combines cooked noodles, canned salmon, olives, and Cheddar cheese, topped with buttery breadcrumbs and baked.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  2. Cook green pepper and onion in 2 tablespoons butter until tender in a saucepan.

  3. Add soup and milk; heat, stirring, until bubbly.

  4. Stir in cheese until melted.

  5. Combine salmon, drained noodles, and olives with the mixture.

  6. Melt 1 tablespoon butter and toss with breadcrumbs.

  7. Transfer the salmon mixture to a 1 1/2-quart casserole and top with breadcrumbs.

  8. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
