Salmon Noodle Casserole
A simple salmon casserole combines cooked noodles, canned salmon, olives, and Cheddar cheese, topped with buttery breadcrumbs and baked.

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Cook green pepper and onion in 2 tablespoons butter until tender in a saucepan.

Add soup and milk; heat, stirring, until bubbly.

Stir in cheese until melted.

Combine salmon, drained noodles, and olives with the mixture.

Melt 1 tablespoon butter and toss with breadcrumbs.

Transfer the salmon mixture to a 1 1/2-quart casserole and top with breadcrumbs.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
