Instructions

  1. Heat oil to approximately 370 F for frying.

  2. Mash canned salmon, ensuring any skin and bones are removed.

  3. Beat egg yolks until light, then mix in flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, and mashed salmon.

  4. Whip egg whites until stiff, then gently fold them into the salmon mixture.

  5. Drop the mixture by tablespoons into the hot oil and fry until browned.

  6. Serve fritters with your preferred sauce.
