Salmon Fried Rice Recipe

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  2. Add leftover rice and stir-fry for a few minutes until hot.

  3. Incorporate salmon and frozen peas, stir-frying for 3 to 5 minutes.

  4. Push the rice mixture to the sides, add beaten eggs to the center, and scramble until set.

  5. Stir the eggs into the rice mixture, add soy sauce, and stir-fry for 1 to 2 more minutes before serving.
