Instructions

Combine salmon, cucumbers, green onions, yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and dill in a bowl; mix thoroughly.

Remove crusts from sandwich bread and cut each slice into quarters.

Spread a thin layer of softened butter on one side of all bread quarters.

Place a small piece of lettuce on the buttered side of half the bread quarters.

Spread the salmon mixture on top of the lettuce.

Place a second piece of lettuce on the salmon mixture, then top with the remaining buttered bread quarters to complete the sandwiches.
