Salmon Cheese Ball With Horseradish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, blend cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, dill, garlic powder, and seasoning until well-combined.

  2. Add flaked salmon to the cream cheese mixture and mix on low speed until just incorporated.

  3. Chill the mixture for 3 hours, or for 30 minutes in the freezer, until firm.

  4. On a plate, combine walnuts and parsley. Shape the chilled mixture into a ball with slightly damp hands.

  5. Roll the salmon ball in the nut-parsley mixture to coat, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
