Salmon Casserole With Vegetables and White Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.

  2. Melt butter in a saucepan, then stir in flour, salt, thyme, and pepper.

  3. Remove from heat and gradually incorporate milk.

  4. Return to heat; cook and stir until bubbly, then boil for 1 minute.

  5. Mix in green beans and salmon, then transfer the mixture to a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

  6. Cover and bake for 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
