  2. Whisk oil and sugar in a large bowl until combined.

  3. Stir in orange juice, brandy, cinnamon, cloves, and baking powder.

  4. Gradually mix flour into the batter until just combined, then stir in walnuts and raisins.

  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
