Sago Porridge
A delightful sago porridge, flavored with cinnamon, cardamom, or fruit, makes for an easy snack or dessert.

Instructions

Start boiling 1 cup of water with a cinnamon stick or cardamom in a saucepan.

Soak sago in 1/2 cup water for 5 minutes.

Add the soaked sago and its liquid to the boiling water, then stir.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until the sago is translucent.
