Sage and Cumin Pork Tenderloin
Grilled pork tenderloins are flavored with a unique blend of sage, cumin, and other spices.

Instructions

Blend marinade ingredients in a blender or food processor.

Place tenderloins in a resealable bag, pour marinade over, seal, and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Preheat a charcoal or gas grill to medium.

Remove tenderloins from the bag and place on the grill.

Grill, turning occasionally, for 35-45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165 F.

Remove from heat and rest for 5 minutes.

Slice into medallions and serve.
