Sage and Cumin Pork Tenderloin

Instructions

  1. Blend marinade ingredients in a blender or food processor.

  2. Place tenderloins in a resealable bag, pour marinade over, seal, and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

  3. Preheat a charcoal or gas grill to medium.

  4. Remove tenderloins from the bag and place on the grill.

  5. Grill, turning occasionally, for 35-45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165 F.

  6. Remove from heat and rest for 5 minutes.

  7. Slice into medallions and serve.
