S'mores Pie Recipe

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Combine graham crackers, melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla in a food processor. Press mixture into a pie pan, bake for 5 minutes, then cool.

In a saucepan, combine corn starch, sugar, chocolate chips, marshmallows, and cocoa powder; whisk in milk.

Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring frequently, then boil for 1 minute until thickened. Stir in 3 tablespoons of butter and vanilla until melted.

Pour pudding into the prepared crust and smooth the top.

Chill the covered pie for at least 4 hours until firm, then top with miniature marshmallows.

Place the pie on a sheet pan and broil until marshmallows are toasted.

Top with more chocolate chunks and serve.
