S'more Rice Krispie Treats

Instructions

  1. Crush graham crackers into large crumbs; set aside.

  2. Grease a 9x9 inch pan.

  3. Melt butter and salt in a large saucepan over low heat.

  4. Add marshmallows to the pan and stir until fully melted; do not brown.

  5. Remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispie cereal.

  6. Allow mixture to cool for 30-60 seconds, then fold in graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chunks, and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.

  7. Press the mixture into the greased pan.

  8. Optionally, press additional marshmallows, chocolate, and graham cracker pieces onto the top.

  9. Once cooled, cut into squares.
