Instructions

  1. Prepare the rotisserie grill by removing the grate and placing a large drip pan in the center, then light the grill and heat it to a medium temperature.

  2. Combine the seasoning mix and rub it over the cleaned and dried turkey, inside and out. For best flavor, do this the night before.

  3. Stuff the turkey with onions, carrots, and apples, then securely place it on the rotisserie skewer, ensuring wings and legs are tied.

  4. Half-fill the drip pan with water and position the turkey on the rotisserie.

  5. Cook the turkey, adding more water to the drip pan as it evaporates, until the internal temperature reaches 185 F (85 C).

  6. Remove the cooked turkey from the grill and serve.
