Rose Simple Syrup
A simple rose syrup adds a delicate floral note to cocktails and other beverages.

Instructions

Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan.

Stir sugar into the boiling water until fully dissolved.

Add rose water, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.

Remove from heat and allow to cool completely, keeping the pan covered.

Transfer the syrup to a sealed glass bottle and store refrigerated for 2 to 3 weeks.
