Romanian Sausages (Mititei)
Romanian mititei sausages are skinless ground meat rolls, similar to Serbian cevapcici, that can be served as an appetizer or main course.

Preheat the oven to 350 F if baking.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly; cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight.

Divide the chilled mixture into 18 equal portions and shape them into 3-inch long, 1 1/2-inch thick oval sausages.

Grill, broil, or pan-fry the sausages for 7 minutes per side, or bake for 15 minutes.

Serve alongside tomato and green onion salad, paprika-sprinkled sour cream, baked potatoes, french fries, or rice.
