Rocky Road Fudge

Instructions

Line an 8x8 or 9x9 inch pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.

Combine chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave for 2-3 minutes in 1-minute increments until melted.

Stir in vanilla and salt until smooth, then mix in 1 cup marshmallows and 1 cup nuts.

Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and smooth it into an even layer.

Sprinkle remaining marshmallows and nuts on top, pressing them gently into the surface.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set. Once firm, cut into 1-inch squares and serve at room temperature.
