Rock and Rye Whiskey
A customizable rock and rye liqueur is easily prepared at home through a simple whiskey infusion process.

Instructions

Combine whiskey, rock candy, clove, and horehound in a large container.

Infuse in a cool, dark place for three days.

Add remaining ingredients and steep for one to two additional days, or longer, to taste.

Strain out fruits and spices, then bottle the whiskey once the desired flavor is achieved.
