Roasted Potato and Sausage Dinner Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F and grease a 3-quart baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, combine sausage pieces, potatoes, carrots, onions, pepper, salt, Creole seasoning, garlic, thyme, and olive oil.

  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and roast for 45 to 60 minutes, stirring every 15 to 20 minutes, until vegetables are tender.

  4. Serve the roasted dish.
