Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.

  2. Place pork tenderloin in a 9x13-inch pan and sprinkle with seasoned salt.

  3. Arrange vegetables around the pork, then dot with butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

  4. Roast uncovered for 35 minutes.

  5. Cover with foil and continue roasting for 10-15 minutes, until pork reaches 145 F and vegetables are tender.
