Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

  2. Trim and peel kohlrabi completely.

  3. Cut peeled kohlrabi into even wedges or chunks.

  4. Place kohlrabi in a roasting pan, drizzle with olive oil, toss, and sprinkle with salt to taste.

  5. Roast for about 30 minutes, or until tender and browned on the edges. Serve hot.
