Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.

  2. Trim green garlic by removing the roots, dark green stalk, and any loose paper peel.

  3. Lay the trimmed garlic in a baking pan or on foil, then drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

  4. Cover the garlic with foil and roast for 30 minutes.

  5. Remove the foil and continue roasting for approximately 15 minutes until the garlic is tender and nicely browned.

  6. Serve warm or at room temperature, with an optional extra drizzle of olive oil.
