Roasted Garlic Bread for the Bread Machine

Instructions

  1. Prepare 1/4 cup of mashed roasted garlic from squeezed cloves.

  2. Combine butter and minced garlic in a microwave-safe dish; microwave for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. Place the butter and garlic mixture, water, milk, bread flour, Parmesan cheese, sugar, salt, garlic powder, and yeast into the bread machine pan following the manufacturer's recommended order.

  4. During kneading, adjust dough consistency by adding warm water if the machine strains, or flour if the dough is too soft.

  5. Add the mashed roasted garlic at the Raisin/Nut signal or 5 to 10 minutes before the last kneading cycle finishes.

  6. Select the Basic/White cycle, choose a Medium or Light Crust Color, and do not use delay cycles.
