Roasted Corn on the Cob Recipe

Instructions

  1. Shuck the corn and remove all silk.

  2. Turn a gas stove burner to medium-high heat.

  3. Place a corn ear directly on the burner; use multiple burners for additional ears.

  4. Roast corn for about 10 minutes, turning every minute until kernels are charred and cooked through.

  5. Serve warm, adding butter, cheese, salt, pepper, or lemon juice if desired.
