Roasted Chickpeas With Parmesan Cheese

Preheat the oven to 400 F and line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Pat chickpeas dry, then transfer them to a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Spread the coated chickpeas in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

Remove the pan from the oven, shake to stir the chickpeas, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

Take the pan out of the oven, sprinkle rosemary over the chickpeas, and bake for 8 to 10 more minutes until crunchy.

While still hot, remove chickpeas from the oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and toss to combine.
