Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.

  2. Place chickpeas in a single layer in a baking dish.

  3. Add broken garlic, paprika, and olive oil over the chickpeas.

  4. Cover the dish with foil and roast for 20 minutes.

  5. Remove foil, stir, and bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes, or until crisp.

  6. Serve warm or at room temperature.
