Preheat the oven to 425 F.

Wash Brussels sprouts, trim ends, remove outer leaves, slice in half lengthwise, and pat dry.

Transfer sprouts to a large baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, toss to coat, and arrange cut-side down.

Roast for 16 to 22 minutes until lightly charred and golden brown.
