Roasted Broccoli With Ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. On the prepared sheet, toss broccoli with olive oil, ginger, salt, and optional garlic cloves until coated.

  3. Roast for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once, until tender, crisp, and slightly caramelized.

  4. Transfer to a serving platter; squeeze roasted garlic over the broccoli if desired.
