Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.

  2. Trim the broccoli rabe, spread it on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, toss to coat, spread into a single layer, and sprinkle with salt.

  3. Roast for about 20 minutes, or until reduced in size by two-thirds and browned at the edges, tossing every 10 minutes. Serve hot or warm.
