Roasted Bacon Turkey Tenderloin

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.

  2. Partially cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until some fat renders.

  3. Drain bacon on paper towels.

  4. Season the tenderloin with salt and pepper.

  5. Wrap bacon crosswise around the tenderloin and secure with toothpicks.

  6. Place the bacon-wrapped turkey on a wire rack in a roasting pan.

  7. Roast for 40-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 F.

  8. Cover the pan with foil and let stand for 10 minutes.

  9. Slice the turkey, ensuring each piece retains a bacon wrap, and discard toothpicks.

  10. Serve.
