Roasted Bacon Turkey Tenderloin
An elegant two-ingredient roasted turkey tenderloin wrapped in bacon provides an easy holiday entree.

Instructions

Partially cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until some fat renders.

Drain bacon on paper towels.

Wrap bacon crosswise around the tenderloin and secure with toothpicks.

Place the bacon-wrapped turkey on a wire rack in a roasting pan.

Roast for 40-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 F.

Slice the turkey, ensuring each piece retains a bacon wrap, and discard toothpicks.
