Roast Turkey Breast

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.

  2. Place turkey breast on a roasting rack, then brush with melted butter and season generously with salt and pepper.

  3. Roast for 45 to 60 minutes, basting with stock after 15 minutes and again after 30 minutes of cooking.

  4. Remove turkey from oven when it reaches 155 F.

  5. Cover loosely with foil and let rest for 20 minutes, or until 120 F, before carving.
