Roast Beef Sandwich Spread

A flavorful spread, this recipe transforms leftover roast beef into a versatile ingredient for sandwiches or an appetizer served with crackers and crostini.

Instructions

  1. Grind or finely chop beef, onion, celery, and pickles.

  2. Combine the chopped ingredients with 1/2 cup mayonnaise, onion powder (if using), pepper, and salt; add more mayonnaise or pickle juice for desired consistency.

  3. Toast bread if desired, then spread with butter or mayonnaise.
