Reuben Casserole With Crumb Topping

Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare an 8-inch square baking dish with nonstick spray.

Dice the corned beef and place it in a large bowl.

Rinse the sauerkraut, squeeze out excess moisture, and add it to the bowl with the corned beef.

Combine the grated onion, Swiss and cheddar cheeses, Thousand Island dressing, mayonnaise, and black pepper into the bowl, then mix thoroughly.

Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

Process the rye bread into fine crumbs and toss them with melted butter.
